Thank you Wacken and Iceland, for the solid month of heavy-duty exercise and not a lot of food by comparison;

Thank you Whitby, for the constant supply of hills, steps and indeed Steps;

Thank you food poisoning, even, I guess, because I sure didn't eat much for the last week;

...I FIT BACK INTO MY VELVET JEANS! AND MY LEATHER JEANS! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO! I don't need to buy more trousers after all! And when I do they might even be size twelve!

And now I don't even have to go to the laundrette in my pyjamas, how d'you like THEM apples...
